Free In-Garage Appointment
We come to your home, take measurements, evaluate the condition of your floor, show you physical samples of our designer finishes, and answer any questions.
You leave with a firm quote that includes everything: prep, materials, installation, cleanup, and our Lifetime Satisfaction Warranty. No hidden fees, no surprises.
Day 1 โ Preparation
Our crew arrives and begins with thorough cleaning, then diamond grinding the entire concrete surface to create the mechanical profile needed for permanent adhesion.
We repair all cracks and imperfections, test for moisture vapor transmission, and apply moisture mitigation if needed. This dedicated prep day is what separates our system from one-day installers.
Day 2 โ Coating & Finish
Industrial-grade 100% solids epoxy base coat is applied, followed by full-broadcast decorative flake in your chosen finish, then sealed with our uvS Polyaspartic topcoat.
The crew cleans up thoroughly and leaves your garage ready. Your floor typically returns to full service within 2-3 days of completion.
Enjoy Your New Floor
Park on it, work on it, show it off. Your Granite Garage Floor is chemical-resistant, stain-proof, easy to clean, and guaranteed against hot tire pickup.
Maintenance is simple: sweep, mop with a pH-neutral cleaner, and clean up spills promptly. That is it.
Frequently asked questions
How long does the installation take?
Most residential garages are completed in two days. Day 1 is dedicated to preparation (cleaning, diamond grinding, crack repair, moisture testing). Day 2 is coating application (epoxy base, flake broadcast, polyaspartic topcoat). Your garage returns to full service within 2-3 days.
Do I need to be home during installation?
Not necessarily. We coordinate access and timing with you. Many customers give us garage access and go about their day. We will communicate throughout the process.
What do I need to do before installation?
Clear your garage of all items, vehicles, and storage. We handle everything else โ cleaning, prep, coating, and cleanup.
Why is your process two days instead of one?
Separating prep from coating allows the diamond-ground concrete to fully dry and ensures optimal adhesion. One-day systems compress these steps, which can compromise the bond between the coating and concrete.
Can you work around my schedule?
Absolutely. We routinely coordinate with home closings, renovation timelines, and family events. We will find a schedule that works for you.
What happens if it rains during installation?
Rain does not affect our process since we work inside your garage. Humidity is managed through our moisture testing and mitigation protocols.
